  • Select option 3 – ‘If you are a new client wishing to book an appointment, press 3’.
  • A Benestar consultant will then ask you “which company are you from?” Please advise the consultant that you are calling in relation to the Western Victoria Transmission Network Project .
  • They may ask you if you are an AusNet Services employee, clarify that you are not an employee and are calling about the proposed project.
  • The Benestar consultant will then register your details and advise you of the next available appointment time for a qualified practitioner to phone or meet with you.
